What we collect
This site has no user accounts, contact forms, newsletter, analytics or advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) and delivered through its worldwide server network. When you visit a page, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, browser and operating system. This can happen on servers outside your country, including in the USA.
Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf to deliver the site and protect it against attacks; the legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and UK GDPR). We don't keep our own visitor logs and don't combine this data with other data. Details: Cloudflare privacy policy.
Fonts and images
Our fonts and images are stored on our own server, so no data goes to font or image providers.
If you email us
We use your message and email address only to reply, and delete them when they're no longer needed.
Links to other sites
Our guides link to organizers and other sources. Once you follow a link, that site's privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. You can also complain to a data protection authority, in the UK to the Information Commissioner's Office.
We don't sell or share personal information.
Changes
We update this policy when the site changes, for example if we add affiliate links. The date at the top shows the latest version.
